Welcome to the 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞! 

 This challenge invites you to explore the diverse ecosystems of Florida’s parks and discover the incredible wildlife that calls these places home. Whether you’re an avid birdwatcher, a budding naturalist, or simply someone who loves nature, this challenge is for you.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Quietly explore the trails of at least 3 unique parks each month during 2025 and see how many unique plant and animal species you can find!

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞:

Select Your Park: Choose one of Florida’s many parks, from the Everglades to the Ocala National Forest, each offering unique habitats and wildlife.

Start Early or Stay Late: Wildlife is often most active during the early morning or late afternoon. Plan your visit accordingly to increase your chances of spotting animals.

Be Quiet and Patient: Move slowly and quietly through the park. Patience is key when it comes to wildlife watching. Find a good spot and wait for nature to reveal itself.

Document Your Discoveries: Take photos and notes of the wildlife you encounter.

Respect Nature: Always observe wildlife from a safe distance and follow park guidelines. Do not disturb animals or their habitats.
